In this QPD Tutorial, we will discuss the essentials of analysing digital trace data using process mining. To this end, we will first describe automatic analysis techniques of process mining. Then, we turn to insights that these techniques provide and how data has to be designed. For all of these steps, we point to tools that can be readily used.
