Interdisciplinary work is difficult: scientists from different disciplines each have different problems, use different terminology, pursue different approaches and have different criteria for what constitutes a good solution. To get a better understanding of how scientists from different disciplines think and work, this workshop series briefly dives into each of the 4 disciplines. In separate 2-hour workshops, leading researchers from sociology, philosophy, law and computer science will present the origins, methods, quality criteria and typical problems as well as canonical approaches of their discipline
Prerequisites: for non-members of the respective discipline (beginners), no prior knowledge required
Maximum number of participants: unlimited
Note: Each 2h workshop dives into one discipline. Please register separately for each workshop at: https://eveeno.com/161481783
Preparation: The workshop leaders may ask you to read a text before or after the workshop. Otherwise, no prior knowledge is required.
