At the invitation of Professors Baum and Schwägerl (Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences), Gerhard Vowe discussed on 17 December with students of the Master’s programme in Communication and Management the extent to which the “Future Dialogue” is suitable for increasing the contribution of public service broadcasting to the common good. The “Dialogue on the Future” is an elaborate form of participation by viewers in the shaping of ARD’s programming, carried out by ARD in 2021.
