Dr Katrin Weller will talk to presenter Shary Reeves on the Bochum town hall forecourt about five things we wouldn’t know without digitisation. Participating in the HDW project of the city of Bochum are the VHS, Stadtbücherei, the UniverCity network and a future market hall.
