What is there to do?
(Strategic) financial management:
- Central coordination and administration of the institute’s budget, including third-party funds
- Preparation of the annual financial statements in collaboration with the commercial management and a tax consultancy as well as the annual utilisation reports
- Implementation of contract management
- Carrying out procurement procedures
Organisation and digital transformation:
- Implementation of software and organisation in the areas of accounting, controlling and procurement
- ongoing planning, management and optimisation of operational processes in the Finance team
Team leadership:
- Leading and inspiring a committed and competent team
- Supervisor function for two clerks in Financial Accounting and Funds Controlling (annual feedback meetings, motivating employees, creating good working conditions and a good working atmosphere)
