The symposium “Sustainability in Executive Business Education Programmes” brought together researchers and educators from Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the Global South to explore how sustainability and artificial intelligence can be integrated into executive education through innovative educational design, methodologies, and measurable learning outcomes.
As part of HEI-TRAIN, Tetiana Gorokhova presented contributions on AI mindset and organizational AI readiness in the context of sustainability-oriented transformation, with a particular focus on SMEs and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
