At this year’s COMPTEXT conference, Ahrabhi Kathirgamalingam is hosting a roundtable discussion on the perspectives of marginalised groups in Computational Social Science.

As part of COMPTEXT2025 – the seventh international and interdisciplinary conference on the quantitative and computational analysis of text, image, and video data – Ahrabhi Kathirgamalingam hosts a roundtable discussion on April 26 titled “Marginalized Voices and Perspectives in Computational Text Analysis.” Together with panelists Angelie Kraft (Leuphana University Lüneburg) and Indira Sen (University of Mannheim), they will explore how bias and marginalization influence the data, methods, and models at the heart of computational social science. The event takes place at the University of Vienna.
