More Information

In CAISzeit today, we do not discuss individual content-related topics. Rather, we look at how CAIS arrives at its research programmes and content and how it differs from other research institutes and projects. Our guests are Dr. Josephine B. Schmitt and Samuel Simon from the research incubator team.

What does an incubator do in science, colloquially known as an incubator and more likely to be familiar from the start-up and founder:in scene? At CAIS, it ensures that socially relevant topics and current issues in the field of digitalisation are identified for later research. Who is involved in these processes? How are research topics specifically generated and what does agility have to do with it? Dr. Matthias Begenat discusses these questions with his two guests.
