The planned takeover of Twitter by Elon Musk

Twitter as a forum of digital communication is considered a “perceived public”, but it is a commercial communication space. This is just becoming visible in the process of Elon Musk’s takeover. Alternatives to Twitter and criticism of the platform and its policies have been known for a long time, but are now becoming clear once again. What consequences the takeover will have, however, cannot yet be estimated.
