On the basis of in-depth interviews with researchers from a broad spectrum of research networks, they are able to identify seven central problems, such as the problem of too high a difference or too low a commitment. From the researchers’ point of view, 12 solutions are particularly suitable for countering these problems both reactively and proactively.
