Which problems in research networks are particularly relevant from the point of view of the researchers involved and which solutions are particularly helpful?

The authors look for what makes cooperation in research networks more difficult.

On the basis of in-depth interviews with researchers from a broad spectrum of research networks, they are able to identify seven central problems, such as the problem of too high a difference or too low a commitment. From the researchers’ point of view, 12 solutions are particularly suitable for countering these problems both reactively and proactively.
