At the March 2026 meeting of the Digitalization Working Group of the Städtetag NRW at ZenDiS in Bochum, questions of digital sovereignty were at the forefront. At the 14th Congress of the German IT Planning Council on March 18–19, 2026, experts will discuss the digital transformation of public administration, focusing on artificial intelligence (AI), digital sovereignty, federal cooperation, and administrative modernization.
