Sabine Schermeier is a doctoral candidate in the research program Educational Technologies and Artificial Intelligence. In her research and dissertation project, she is looking at collaborative learning in hybrid settings. In these hybrid settings, some participants take part on-site, while others participate online. Sabine Schermeier is investigating the extent to which collaboration in hybrid groups differs from other forms of group work (F2F and remote groups). In addition, she is analyzing how different factors (e.g., task complexity, group size) affect the quality of hybrid collaboration.
